Cold cucumber salad


1 cucumber 
3 roma tomatoes
1/2 of red onion
1 cup of apple cider vinegar

Cut up one cucumber, 3 tomatoes and a half of an onion in a bowl.  Add in one cup of apple cider vinegar, and cover with foil. Let it set in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to chill. Enjoy!

Chicken Penne with Lemon Pepper

So good!!

1 box of penne noddles
4 boneless and skinless chicken, thin
Lemon pepper
1 can of chicken broth
1 jar of sauce for your pasta

Pull out the crock pot and put in 1 can of chicken broth with your chicken breast. Cook for 4 hours.  20 minutes after the chicken is done, boil hot water to cook your penne noddles.  Cook for about 15 minutes.  Take chicken out of crock pot and sprinkle lemon pepper on them.  Cover with foil and let it set for about 10 minutes.  Cut your chicken up and pour penne sauce on your noodles.  Next lay your chicken on top of your pasta.  Enjoy!!


Chicken Tacos Recipe, 3 ingredients

 Here is the recipe I've created for tacos. Must try.


6 boneless and skinless thin sliced chicken breast
2 pkgs of taco seasoning
2 cans of stewed tomatoes 
small corn tortillas
shredded cheese 
shredded lettuce
sour cream
limes
And anything else you enjoy on tacos


Put chicken, taco seasoning and stewed tomatoes in crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours. Take chicken out and cut thin slices. Chicken should be tender to where it breaks apart. If you have thicker chicken breast must cook longer.  Get two corn tortillas out and pile on the chicken first, lettuce, and cheese. Next squeeze about 1 tablespoon of lime on to your dish and top with the stewed tomatoes and taco seasoning, top with sour cream and enjoy.  So yummy!!!
